5 04 2008Like most atrocities, Hurricane Katrina, came, got people upset/guilty…(insert some kind of emotion) and quickly went. And like all atrocities, the inhabitants are left to pick up the pieces of self esteem, life, respect and hope. Predictably; the most haunting and seductively beautiful city in the US-has had to even lower it’s barriers of ’standard’.
